The makings of the great British sandwich. I love fresh bread, but living on my own I can never get through a loaf before it is stale, so I now make a loaf of sandwiches and then freeze them. I can take one out from the freezer in the morning if i am working and it is ready by lunch time. Perfect. Fresh bread every day!Saturday 28 February 2009
