Spring means spring-cleaning. When I was a child my mum used to lift all the carpets and rugs and take them outside, hang them over the line and give them a jolly good beating. Then they would be placed face down on the dewy grass and dragged over the lawn, turned over and left to dry. I just get a man with a machine to clean mine. Much easier!

Mine need doing too! Sounds like a good idea to get someone in to do it for you. I shall investigate in my area.
